I’m Jeannie, Event Planner and Freelancer. My mission is to help my clients organize and execute their event with grace and ease, alleviating stress and allowing them to enjoy their event and time with their guests. Every event is unique. Budget, venue, head count, and individual style will all play a role in determining what type of support you'll need at your event.

So what does an event planner do exactly? My job includes meeting with clients to discuss their needs, maintaining partnerships with vendors and caterers and overseeing the set-up, execution and cleanup of events. My portfolio includes personal and corporate events such as weddings, festivals, conferences, ceremonies, formal parties, concerts, and conventions. With over 20 years in the industry, I have worked with the USO of Illinois, Star Events, Live Nation Entertainment, Chicago Blackhawks, Ferrari International, L’Oréal, and Nordstroms.
